Who is Co.Bake?
Alisha and Alice met many moons ago, when both walked into a pastry course wearing the brightest outfits in the room. They were instantly drawn to one another (it’s hard not to be in a kitchen full of chefs in chef whites) and a friendship blossomed. Friendship soon turned to business partnership which resulted in the Co.Bake Space.
A self-taught baker, Alice was meant to be standing over a KitchenAid. Her number one passion in life is baking (and eating) sweets. Alice spends every spare moment of her day recipe testing, book-marking cookbooks and travelling the globe to get that sugar fix.

Alice pours her heart and soul into the cakes, baked goods, desserts and sugary treats she makes, which is why she started her business, Miss Trixie Drinks Tea.
Miss Trixie Drinks Tea started as a side hustle for Alice but after gaining popularity during a global pandemic, it’s become a full time thing! It appears the only thing to get through a pandemic is sugary goods. Alice’s mission is to spread joy through the gift of cake – why send flowers when you can send something that you can consume AND share with your friends? Alisha is the cake brain behind the brand Sweet Bakes. Ambitious about fun, dessert and connecting creatives — Co.Bake Space was a natural progression in her founders journey.
Alisha started her baking business Sweet Bakes in 2013 with the mission to inspire and edu-cake bakers everywhere whilst providing deliciously delightful gifts to her Australian customer base. Regarded as one of Melbournes best cake makers, Alisha is determined to turn "I don't like cake" people into "wow this is good cake" people with every bake.
